Can you design stackable or two-storey buildings?

2 story portable buildings – or stackable – can maximise a limited footprint and offer larger overall floorspace. It’s also worth considering 2 story portable buildings where the building needs to be raised for technical reasons or to allow for a storage space underneath.

Portable accomodation modules can also be designed to offer on-site accomodation at mining and work sites. The fit out can include bathrooms, wardrobes and kitchenettes to suit the accomodations requirements.

Every building is built around a structural steel frame to Australian Standards. The frame supports the buildings during transport, with internal modules being propped. The buildings are transportable anywhere in Australia. 2 story portable buildings are transported as individual modules, and installed on site.

Portable buildings are quick to install and provide the additional amenities or space you need, fast. There is minimal construction work or interruptions to your business during installation. Every portable building includes the same features you would expect in any modern building. Are portable buildings customisable?

Every portable building is fully customisable. They can be designed to suit your organisations needs and the available land/space. Options include single storey, double and triple storey, basic offices with low maintenance vinyl flooring. Upgrades include LED lighting, air conditioning, kitchenettes, bathrooms and security options. Different sites can be catered for by the provision of ramps and footings to suit uneven sites.
