BlueSky Modular Buildings are a demountable building company based in Sydney Australia. The company has decades of experience in modular building construction including site sheds, demountable classrooms, modular buildings, ablution blocks and more. We use licensed, qualified trades including carpenters and electricians.
Our portable buildings come in a range of designs, and we can consult with you on a customised modular building. We can adapt most building plans to suit a modular building system.
Every building is constructed in our factory in Smeaton Grange in NSW – just outside of Sydney. Our Sydney based location means reduced transport fees for NSW based projects. We can transport portable buildings to Canberra and the ACT. We’ve also transported buildings Australia-wide and are happy to work with your choice of transport company.

All trades are within our factory follow BlueSky Modular Quality Control Process and WHS standards. Our trades include carpentry, boilermaking/welding, construction, metal fabrication, plumbing, eletcrical and flooring.
Our trades work together in a custom designed factory, so we build up to 50% faster than traditional construction. Our production and completion times are estimated correctly – and keep you up-to-date via our BlueSky Customer Service and Communication Commitment.

The team at BlueSky Modular Buildings have more than 19 years experience within design and construction, installation, administration and wow service. Our qualified team has extensive experience in building for various clients in industries such as Mining, Construction, Education, Portable Building Hire Companies, Health and Farming.
Our client’s get to know us, like us and trust us.
He is a faithful attendee of team meetings, assists with cleaning out the fridge of any leftovers, and supervises as buildings leave the yard.
Buddy enjoys his ‘essential exercise’ – a lunchtime walk up to the local cafe.
Sara is also trainer and assessor, and has supported many of our Carpentry apprentices during their time at BlueSky.
Jen enjoys spending time with family, watching her sons play sport, going to the beach or joining friends for a meal.

We Love What We Do
At BlueSky Modular Buildings, we love what we do, and love our community. We are proud sponsors of APRA Pulsar Racing – with our Managing Director Ben Sheedy in the drivers seat. We also support a number of local sporting clubs including netball and rugby. When they’re not busy building, you’ll also find a number of our team members playing soccer, cricket or rugby. One of our favourite team events has been barefoot bowling – so we all enjoy anything thats active and outdoors.
